We concluded this large residential development built by Satocan in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, specifically in Arguineguín.
Undoubtedly, this work was a great challenge for the entire Dressler Aluminium team due to its volume, even exceeding the duration of other works that year.
This resort, operated by Servatur, features modern apartments designed to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel at home. Fitted with luxury features and top-quality equipment, all the apartments have a terrace or balcony, on which Dressler Aluminium manufactured and installed all the sliding doors as well as the enclosures that divide each ground floor terrace plus the doors to some exterior rooms accessible from these terraces. In addition, we installed pergolas in the houses with a balcony on the corners of each block, the aluminium windows with roller blinds in the bedrooms, the automatic opening door and other units in the reception and 6 m-high fixed slats on the sides of each block, amongst others.
This resort has 263 homes in different buildings, surrounded by landscaped areas and the great majority with views of both the sea and the pool areas, in a great location less than 10 minutes from the beach.
