This work was carried out for Perez Moreno in the Industrial Estate of Arinaga, in the municipality of Agüimes, Gran Canaria.
This time it was the construction of the logistics or distribution centre for an important German food chain, for whom we have already collaborated on other occasions. This warehouse has more than 25,000 square metres of floor space and its objective was to guarantee the supply to the shops in the province of Las Palmas. Its storage capacity is 21,000 pallets and has approximately 8,000 square metres of cold storage. The more than 45 loading and unloading docks make it possible to optimise the transit of goods from their reception to their subsequent distribution to the store network.
In this project, Cortizo systems and different types of glass were used, including solar control glass.
