This modern building, located in the municipality of La Laguna, Tenerife, was a project led by the Teótimo Rodríguez architecture studio, in which Dressler carried out the installation of all the aluminum carpentry, including glass railings, skylights, louvers, cladding of the garage entrance gate, and tempered glass doors.
The main systems used were COR70 and COR4900, with a wide range of typologies, including casement doors, casement windows, sliding doors, tempered glass railings, etc.
