This project, designed by the DeWildePinchetti Architecture and Engineering Studio for the developer Bahía Feliz Invest, was constructed by Pérez Moreno, who contracted us for all the interior and exterior aluminum carpentry, glass railings, and external blinds.
Located in Vecindario, Santa Lucía (Gran Canaria), this building consists of 65 rental apartments, 6 commercial spaces, and parking lots with storage rooms.
Various Cortizo series were used, including COR-Tamiz, COR-Mediterránea, COR-Millenium 2000, and COR-2000.
