Purposes of data processing. Personal data collected in the various documents, media or forms that redirect to this privacy policy, as extended data protection information, may be processed for the applicable purpose, according to the following cases:

  • Contracts (details of contact persons and signers).
  • Purpose: Personal data of contract signatories in cases where they are an individual, or in the case of representatives of a legal entity, will be processed in order to formalize the contract and implement the contract. The parties’ employee data will also be processed for the latter purpose. 
  • Legal basis: the execution of a contract art.  6.1.b GDPR, and legitimate interest of Dressler Aluminio in processing the data of contact persons in accordance with art. 19, Data Protection Law 3/2018.

  • Legal basis: the legitimate interest of Dressler Aluminio to process the data of contact persons and legal representatives in accordance with art. 19, Data Protection Law 3/2018.
  • Conservation: during the time required by current legislation in civil, commercial, and administrative matters applicable to Dressler Aluminio.

  • Purpose: to manage the contractual or pre-contractual relationship between you and Dressler Aluminio, as well for related administrative, tax and accounting management. 
  • Legal basis: the execution of a contract or application of pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b.
  • Conservation: for as long as the current civil, financial and tax legislation requires.
  • Addressees: data may be communicated to the competent public administrations, banks and savings banks as appropriate.

  • Purpose: to prepare and deliver/send the budget, as well as to carry out follow-up actions and commercial research, by telephone, remotely or in person.

  • Conservation: for the time required by current legislation on civil, commercial, financial and tax matters. The term will count from the end of the budget management. 
  • Addressees: data will not be transferred to third parties except under legal obligation.
  • Authorization for the acquisition and publication of images.
  • Purpose: to capture images of the signatory or his/her representative, as well as the publication of this on social networks, websites and other media, for the purpose of promoting the activities of Dressler Aluminio and its products or services.
  • Legal basis: consent of the person concerned, art. 6.1.A. GDPR.
  • Retention: until you request the removal of the published content. 
  • Target audience: the captured images will be published on the website and in the various social media profiles of Dressler Aluminio.
  • International data transfer to the US. For social media use, please read more in section 5 of this privacy policy.
  • Receipt of CVs. 
  • Purpose: to manage your employment application, and to take it into account in the recruitment processes.

  • Purpose: to address specific requests for information, via e-mail or telephone; to manage contacts; to execute contracts or pre-contractual measures. 
  • Legal basis: the consent of the person concerned in the case of requests for information or consultations (art. 6.1.A GDPR), application of pre-contractual measures or execution of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and legitimate interest in the processing of contact person data (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Retention: data will be retained as required for compliance with legal obligations arising from the existing relationship. Once this period has expired, data will be deleted.

The various forms made available to you have identified that data that is mandatory and therefore a prerequisite in order to be able to manage your inquiry or request. If you do not respond to these points, we will not be able to respond correctly to your request. 

  • International data transfers

Dressler Aluminio uses services which, due to the location of the servers on which they transmit information, or their headquarters, are regarded by the EU when they are used as an international transfer of data to countries outside the European Union. 

This sounds complex, but in reality, it is an action carried out in the day-to-day life of any company or person who uses social networks, cloud applications or emails from large technology companies, etc. In the context of this clarification, we hereby inform you that Dressler Aluminio performs the following international data transfers, when it uses: 

Social networks: by giving consent to publish your personal data on the profiles of social networks in which Dressler Aluminio has corporate profiles, you authorize the international transfer of data to the USA. We recommend that you visit the privacy sections of the different social networks referred to in the consents 

This consent may be revoked at any time.

Cloud: Dressler Aluminio uses GOOGLE DRIVE, a cloud storage and email management service.   Although this tool stores data on servers hosted in the EU, it is headquartered in the US, so an international data transfer is made to it.

The user may revoke the consents given, at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing of the data during the previous effective period of such authorization. 

Rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability

The user or visitor may request the exercise of his/her rights of access, rectification or deletion, as well as in certain cases, if applicable, the limitation of the processing or portability of his/her data, and also to oppose the processing thereof. This is in accordance with the aforementioned data protection regulations. 

You can exercise your data protection rights by sending your request to Dressler Aluminio, via email to dressler@dressleraluminio.com, or to the contact address listed at the beginning of this document. If you wish, you can use the forms available from the Data Protection Agency, or request a copy of them via e-mail.

Applications for the exercise of rights, made by users, will be handled within a maximum of one month. If you are not satisfied with the response given, the user may file a complaint with the aforementioned supervisory authority. Your request will be met within 30 days. 

You may exercise your rights as recognized by the GDPR at any time.
