17 goals to transform our world
This goal aims to end poverty around the world and in all its forms by 2030.
“For many years we have been collaborating with Funcasor with the main objective of favouring the labour insertion of sensitive groups. We have recently established similar collaborations with Cruz Roja (the Red Cross) and its project of alliances for labour market insertion, Reto Social empresarial.”
This objective seeks to end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.

This objective aims to ensure a healthy life and promote the well-being of everyone at all ages.
“Several actions have been carried out for the benefit of the health and well-being of our employees. We have recently incorporated a private medical insurance fully paid for by the company for the staff”.
This objective seeks to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
“At DRESSLER, we have an annual training plan that guarantees legitimate opportunities for advancement”.
This goal seeks to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
“In our profession, the integration of women is a big challenge that we must not stop working on. For this reason, we work with Cruz Roja (the Red Cross) to ensure women’s access to the organisation.”
This goal aims to ensure the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.
“We ensure compliance with current water quality legislation, reducing pollution and eliminating waste.”
This objective seeks to ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all.
“We have a 70kw self-consumption photovoltaic plant that significantly reduces our dependence on fossil fuels for electricity generation”
These goals aim to build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive industrialisation, sustained and sustainable economic growth, full and decent employment, and encourage innovation.
“We are always on the lookout for technological advances that will enable us to improve our performance and enhance the well-being of all the staff. Growth and continuous improvement are part of our DNA, which is why we are part of different associations (Asinca, Femete,…), attend national and international industry fairs and subscribe to national and international industry magazines.”
This objective seeks to reduce inequality within and between countries.
“Our policy has always been to reward good work, irrespective of gender, and this is reflected in our pay record. We also have a harassment plan that allows us to detect and manage any potential inequality in a short space of time”.
These goals seek the sustainable management of cities, settlements, oceans, forests, land and biodiversity, as well as ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns and taking urgent action to combat climate change and its effects.
“We have been significantly reducing the use of fossil fuels in the creation of our raw materials, enabling the final product to be increasingly respectful of the environment around us. We also manage waste internally for its correct and appropriate classification. The surplus aluminium generated in our manufacturing process is recycled, thus closing the cycle of a 100% recyclable material, and the energy consumption of this recycling process is only 5% of the primary consumption”.
This goal seeks to promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, facilitate access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels.

This objective seeks to revitalise the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development.
