This project was a new collaboration with Satocan, the company responsible for its construction. The project was led by Sáenz Arquitectos.
The complex, located in Arguineguín, Mogán (Gran Canaria), consists of three buildings separated by the streambed, featuring swimming pools, garages, and storage units. The buildings comprise 36, 17, and 9 residences, respectively, and offer high-quality communal spaces. The pool area is characterized by having two different levels, allowing residents to use and enjoy it.
Our collaboration with Satocan involved the installation of all the aluminum carpentry for the project. Several different series, all from Cortizo, were used.
