Dressler Aluminio’s Latest Commercial Architecture Projects

In commercial architecture projects, a studied use of materials is demanded not only for a long life cycle, but also to make the space something that accompanies, drives forward and makes the sales process pleasant.

At Dressler Aluminio we have carried out several commercial architecture projects:

Curtain Wall in ULPGC’s Veterinary Faculty

Just before the start of the 2019-2020 school year, Dressler Aluminio renovated a curtain wall at the ULPGC’s Veterinary Faculty.

This facility was renovated because it did not comply with the acoustic and thermal conditions established by the institution, and because it was suffering installation problems.

The renovation was carried out to improve the thermal and acoustic conditions of the aforementioned Library, installing state-of-the-art profiles. In addition, in order to ensure adequate air circulation, windows were installed that are fully integrated into the installation.

From now on, all students visiting the library will be able to enjoy suitable surroundings in which to spend their study time.

In this way, Dressler Aluminio continues its collaboration with the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, as it has previously done in its Tafira Campus.

DISA’s main offices in Gran Canaria

During the summer of 2019, the DISA group carried out a thorough renovation of its main office in Gran Canaria.

Through group company Syocsa-Inarsa S.A., the headquarters located in the well-known district of Barranquillo de Don Zoilo in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria closed its doors and forced employees to relocate to other premises.

The work carried out consisted of the renovation and improvement of the distribution of the offices, offering a better working environment for staff.

Dressler Aluminio’s work focused on the renovation of all the metallic carpentry in the main entrance. For this purpose, profiles and glassware were installed to provide greater soundproofing and heat resistance. And in the search for improved access control and temperature control at reception, an automatic door was also installed.
